    Set Disk Cache

Is there a way I can set certain programs/files at priority in the disk cache so that they open up as quick as possible?

Ex: I want Photoshop, Word, Chrome, and mIRC opened up as quick as possible.

There are some defrag programs I have seen that will move certain programs to the best physical location on the disk for read times. I don't think it would make a notable difference using that method though. Especially with the cpu hungry apps, they'll still bottleneck on you while loading.
