I am not qualified to analyse cbs log.
I can show you how to obtain the cbs log and you can post it back here. Experts in that field will come along and analyse it for you.
I'll also give you a link to analyse the cbs log. I've never been able to make head or tail out of it.

How to obtail the cbs log from your sfc scan.....
Go back to your cmd window ( make sure it is run as administrator mode )> at the flashing prompt, type this command line...........
    notepad c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log
( Note : better to copy/paste the line to avoid typo )
    > press Enter key.

The cbs log will show up in notepad window.

Hello Baker, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Could you do OPTION THREE in the tutorial below and upload the generated sfcdetails.txt file from it to only have the SFC "SR" details listed? The cbs.log has more than just the SFC "SR" details, and is to large to sort through.

With what is listed in the report you uploaded, I'm going to recommend what Richard posted above to do a repair install. If you are unable to, then you may need to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7.

Either way, be sure to backup anything that you do not want to lose to be safe.
