| | System repair disk could not be created Win7Pro64. Using recdisc.exe, Getting error message "The parameter is incorrect. (0x80070057)" CD/DVD drive works fine. SFC shows no problems. System working OK. Any help appreciated. |

| | See the last post in this thread on 2nd page, see if it helps you: Cannot create recovery disc: getting The parameter is incorrect - Microsoft Answers Did you per chance delete the built in recovery partition? That seems to cause this problem. |

| | Much obliged, Senor Ztruker, this was successful. Booting from Windows installation disk and running recdisc from the c prompt gets it done. |
