Very long shut down time

Hey guys,

I am having a problem relating to my shut down time. There is certainly no windows update running. The screen just go to the 'blue shut down screen' and the windows loading circle just go round and round. I havent really wait for the laptop to shut down as the laptop is in office and I just left for the past two days.

The event viewer log is at below. I shut my pc down around 8.52 I think.

Not sure what is the 1:34 am thing.

Hello melvin and welcome to Seven Forums.

Did this problem just recently start? If yes, have you changed anything about your computer (added new software, changed any settings, etc?) If a recent problem you could try restoring your computer to a date/time prior to when the shut down issue began.
