Find out what chipset you're using, and then check the site for any updated drivers, which you can then download and install.

Run CCleaner to make free space.

Run CleanMgr.exe to make free space.

    Close all programs and then
    | type %temp% | ENTER | CTRL + A to select All | Ctrl + D to delete the selections

You have received many useful tips. Since all of you partitions are near the full mark, my final suggestion is to get another drive and move your data.
