Alright, I have the W7 64bit RTM 7600 Build installed on my Alienware m15x laptop. I have 4g ram, nVidia GeForce 8800m GTX 512mb, Duo Core @ 2.40ghz .... My FPS is fighting to stay over 20fps.....
~Edit~ Well, I ended up running a program called RightMark CPU Clock Utility, and was able to jump from an overall C rank, to a B Rank with an Average of 32FPS running on the default settings (vsync: off, Motion Blur: off, AA: off, Everything else on High, DX10)

I'll have to run this when I get home, but the recommended specs (according to Wikipedia) are pretty damn high. I hope my machine can handle it well enough.
