    Good.

Now download, install, and run CCleaner (link in my sig).

    The carry out following:
LIST OF STARTUP PROGRAMS USING CCLEANER

CCleaner | Tasks icon | Startup tab | click on Save to text file button (bottom right side)

Using the PAPER CLIP icon in the top panel of a Message Reply window, attach the .txt file generated by CCleaner.

As an experiment, 100% delete AVG.

Download, install and run MSE. Link in my sig.

Let's disable the reliability monitor and see if then you have a stable system.

After that, if you desire to enable the reiiability monitor, which I don't recommend unless one is a software/hardware developer, we can go over the procedure to turn on the reliabllity monitor.

WIN | type CMD.EXE | do NOT hit Enter | in the list above the search box, right-click on CMD.EXE | choose Run as Administrator

    Enter the following command.

    schtasks.exe /change /disable /tn \Microsoft\Windows\RAC\RacTask

    exit
