as title, my laptop performs quite slow although it is core-i7.
i got run the disk clean n defragment once a week.
any software (such as pcfix or something) are recommended to me in order to increase the speed of performance??

Is it slow at startup? You could run msconfig.exe and disable startup programs. Is it slow when loading webpages? You could try a different browser. Is it slow when performing several tasks at the same time? You might want to increase your RAM. If you could be more specific it would help in diagnosing what's wrong.
Have you run full scans with your antivirus/antispyware? You might also run a full scan with Malwarebytes free after updating the data signatures.

Windows 7 doesn't really need 3rd party software for tweaking things. It's on board tools do a pretty decent job of keeping 7 running smoothly. But if you want to try some other things, this tutorial may help>

Check in Resource Monitor > Memory tab whether there are a lot of hard page faults. On the bottom right of that page there is a graph that should tell you. Also, if you could post a snip of that page, we might discover something.
