Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I've got 110 processes running on my machine which seems like a lot but I don't notice any system degradation from all of those things running.

Lenovo is the other end, with a helper application from everything from hotkeys to battery and power management.

What's installed by the OEM will make a difference here, although whether or not these utilities are necessary is up to you. If you aren't seeing a performance issue, it's probably not worth going crazy removing things at this point, at least in my humble opinion.
Yeah you are right....lots of preinstalled stuff...will play by ear see what I need.

Thanks everybody for your input

64-bit os on (2) 32-bit processors?
Okay, now my question is: Can you run a 64-bit OS on 2-32 bit processors? Note: i don't want to try this, but in theory it should work if the OS can address both processors as 1 64 bit processor, correct?
