    Computer boot time

    Hello,

A while ago i installed ubuntu besides windows 7.
I then decided to remove ubuntu so I just deleted it's partition.

I apparently never should I have done that as I wasn't able to boot back into windows.
I tried a few repairs and then it seemed to work fine.

Now however, whenever I try to boot up my computer it takes about 30-60 seconds before I see windows loading. It hangs at my motherboard logo. Apart from that windows works fine.

Does anyone know what to do to get rid of the long waiting?

    Thanks.

    Hello

Try this: from the start menu, type "msconfig.exe".

Then go to the panel called "boot". There you can change the delay before selecting the default operation system.

    Hi,

    I managed to fix it.
    That was indeed the solution.

    Thank you. :)
