High CPU Problem. Urgent answer please.

Hello there! I Really will appriciate all who will try to help me. Thing is i checked mostly all forums, tried to do a lot of stuff to get my CPU work better.

Now what is wrong with it? My computer(With Windows7) gets so laggy when Physical memory is out(WHERE?) I Can turn off every single program(skype, steam etc.) and still there will be NO physical memory, CPU usage will get 100% and i will be angry on MY PC. WHen i turn it on, everything is OK, physical memory 2000++ Free, but in Like 10-20 Minutes it Gets to 2-3 and stays there till Computer Restart.

My Computer is HP Pavilion dv7, 4GB RAM,
    Intel Duel Core 2,13GHZ*2,
    Laptop With Windows7

I hope someone will answer soon ;s thanks!

Can you run Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper, it doesn't require Windows, so it can scan for viruses better. Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper Beta | Microsoft Connect

What does Resource Monitor show you as far as memory usage?

Click on Start, type resource. Click on Resource Monitor at the top.

    You tried it or not?

Also, please post a screenshot of your Task Manager. (Show processes for all users).

56%, but what programs are using it? Look under the Processes. Click on the column heading to sort ascending or descending by those columns.
