    [Help] Privacy Policy

Straight to the point of my issue,I opened :
"Control Panel > Action Center > Maintenance tab > Right click at Privacy Policy".
Then I received this error message,"There was a problem sending the command to the program.
I'm not sure if I deleted something in the past that make this error occur.
    Here the screen-shot

Right click on Privacy Policy does nothing for me. Left click takes me here:

Does it work for you if you left click? If so, where did that error message come from?

Of note, the program it sends to is the Internet Explorer engine, so if you've removed IE, that would be normal (for example). @Dark, what changes were made to this system specifically?
