Windows 7: WEI cannot complete

Hi,
I am new to this forum and I have a problem, which after Googling or searching in the internet, the exact problem or solution I couldn't find. I hope somebody here could help me and I thank you all in advance in anticipation.

Problem: I have been running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit on an E5400 with ASUS P5G41C-M LX mobo with 4GB (2+2) of DDR2 800Mhz RAM, with WD 250GB as main HD and WD 500GB as storage, with ASUS Xonar DX and onboard Intel G41 graphic. I have been running my Windows for the past one year without any problem whatsoever and everything works fine. But recently, there was a Trojan virus (or atleast I think it was) attack on my PC resulting in weird behaviours, like, Windows telling me to install antivirus when I have Norton Internet SEcurity up and running, and Add/Remove program not opening nor does appwiz.clp works. I however solved this problem by backing up all my important data and performing a total system reformatting and instead installing MSE antivirus. Now that problem at least is solved.
But now I have another problem which baffles me no matter what I tried. I searched for it in the Internet, even in this very forum itself, tried all the relevant solutions but all to no avail. Here's a detailed log of my problem:

I also have the same problem recently, I can't traced anymore anyhow what is the culprit of this error of mine also, i've done SFC /scannow, and some corrupt files has been repaired, but none connecting to this issue.
