Maximum memory usage freezes my PC - Why ?

My memory usage is up to 95+% when I am running a backing on another PC (using that PC). My main PC is almost useless as it is using 95% or so memory...BUT...this/my PC is NOT doing the backup...only connection is that it is on my 5 PC home network using the same external USB backup drive that does have PC 2 doing a backup ?

PC #2 is using Acronis True Image Home (latest version/update) to do it's backup on the external USB drive attched to this PC.

Have attached jpg's and Process Explorer 64 log during this freeze up ?

What could be causing PC #1 to use all it's memory because PC #2 is doing a backup at the same time on a external USB drive on my home network ?

PC #2 doing the image backup is also running very slow but when the backup completes...both machines return to memory usage...more or less ?

Thanks...TRinAZ

4 gigs on main desktop ( PC1 running Win 7 Pro 64bit - only startup programs running) and 2 gigs on 2nd PC ( PC2 running Win 7 Pro 32bit with startup programs & Acronis only running).

I see you have 66 process running. If it was my computer I would check and see if I really needed all them running. I would also go to msconfig and check if I needed all the start up that are checked. Another check would be resmon. This will show you how your ram is being used. You can get to both by holding down the Windows flag key and hitting the R key.
