Hey guys! so I just bought a MSI G41M-P34 Motherboard to replace my old Acer Stock Mobo. By default the Smart Fan option is disabled and it keeps the Heat Sink Fan at full blast. Its super load and annoying. So I enabled the utility in the BIOS but i don't know whats a good speed....I don't Overclock my Core 2 Quad Q8300. I took a picture of the BIOS Screen at what I have the "Target" and fan speed %. The fan is not as loud but i want to make sure that i don't have these settings where later my cpu will get way to hot that my mobo won't adjust the heat sink fan speeds due to this set up. Hopefully I don't have to adjust them, so should i leave them like i have them on the pic? Raise them? help!
