Windows 7: Is there any way to give power options plan selection on timings.

Is there any way to give power options plan selection on timings.

During day time i want a specific power options plan to be selected and during night hours i need another different power options plan to be selected automatically .
Is this possible or is there a software (3rd party) to use it on with windows 7 x64.

I'm sure you can do this with the "powercfg" command-line function and Windows Task Scheduler. These have every conceivable option you might require...
