Trying to speed up using MSConfig?

So I want to use MSConfig on the Selective Startup with Load System Services checked but when I do that it disables an internet connection. I was wondering what to load under either Services or Startup tabs to enable internet in Selective Startup Mode

Mostly what you can turn off from starting in msconfig depends on what programs etc you have installed and if you need them to run at boot.The only item a I have listed in there at start up is my antivirus. The rest I stopped from starting at boot.
Personally I wouldn't start messing around under the services tab. Windows 7 runs well without thissort of tinkering and turning off services is likely to come back to haunt you in the future.
