Solved keep win7 running at a premium

just bought new laptop with win7. had a quick look at control panel/ performance and information tools, windows gives me a message that the following program is causing windows to start slowly.The program is windows disk space clean up manager/ cleanmgr.exe.Time taken 44.9 seconds. do i need to take some action or not. Many thanks

That file is for Disk Cleanup. You could use the tutorial below to see if it's file is listed in the startup program list. If so, you could either disable or remove it from the startup program list to stop it. It shouldn't be running at startup like that.

Installed ccleaner, ran and opened startup programs. cleanmgr.exe wasnot even listed.
So dont know why windows is telling me its slowing startup

The message i was getting in Performance and Tools stated it was reported on the 23rd june 2011. I presume that the issue was fixed by the laptop supplier.
The option of remove from list, i quess will stop the message from coming up
