Windows 7: Repairing Windows 7 64

Hello

I have been advise to repair my Windows seven. What is the good procedure to do it

- All my files are backup in an Network hard disk

-Do i risk to loose all setup, licence etc?



- How about disk partition

- Should I do a disk image.

Sorry for the late response

Some application in the control panel, close down Windows Explorer when they are accessed. Some strange problem do occur also occasionally

Still not sure if I need to completely wipe out Win 7 and restart

Work through the troubleshooting steps I posted above, including the System File Checker then if necessary the Repair Install. Monitor the logs for repeat errors and use the System Resources given. It should resolve.
