I mean the Startup Item name. (I thought that's what we were talking about.) Expand the field so I can see the full name.
Also, you have a LOT of "stuff" running as current Processes.
What exactly do you use your PC for and why are you leaving so many programs running in the background? | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Built 2/11/2011 OS Windows 7 Pro-x64 CPU i7-2600 3.4GHz - 3.8GHz Turbo Motherboard Intel DH67BL-B3 Memory 8Gb - 2x4GB, Muskin 991770 PC3-1333 Graphics Card Integrated Intel HD 2000 Sound Card Integrated Intel 10.1 HD, RealTek ALC892 Monitor(s) Displays Asus LCD VH222H, Haier HL24XSL2a Screen Resolution 1920x1080, 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech EX100 Wireless Mouse Logitech EX100 Wireless PSU Seasonic 650W 80+ Gold Modular Case Rosewill Defender Cooling Stock CPU, Four 120mm case fans, PCH fan added Hard Drives Crucial C300-128Gb,

There's a couple of things that you might be able to do without on startup. If you're still in the ArcStart program you can certainly leave that. Also, I noticed you disabled Bluetooth Software. What Bluetooth devices are you using? If you're not using any, you can get rid of HP Wireless Assistant too. This is just more HP "Bloatware".
Here's a couple of optional startup processes. You may or may not want to disable them but there are Windows 7 equivalents that don't require additional software.
