How can I Active or Create or Enable Aero in My OS (for Start Menu and Too bar)?

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

    Physical Memory INstalled: 8096 MB
    Available physical Memory: 5.81 GB

Device Driver of Graphic Card name: ATi Radeon HD 4600 Series (1024 MB ~ Hyper Memory) (28/7/20121)

If this is what your looking for, these are Taskbar Previews.
They should be already working if your using 7 Ultimate SP1. I would think your Aero Service is disabled.

Simply Right-Click in a clear space on your desktop, select Personalize from the drop down menu, Theme manager will appear. Select and activate an Aero Theme.

This should enable Aero, If it does not work then come back to us. You may need a registry fix.

Windows usually needs a subscore of 2.0 minimum to allow Aero to run, If you have a subscore of 5.0 then we know your card is capable.

Did you choose one of the preset Aero themes? The basic and high-contrast themes will disable Aero.

Welcome to Seven Forums da49. I think you mean Aero, and not Aero Peek? Try this:

Start> Type aero in search box> Click on Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects

Click on next and follow the wizards prompts.

If you haven't run you WEI score yet, or even if you have, run it again and see what happens. Don't ask me why but running WEI will sometimes enable or restore Aero if it isn't working.
