My Windows takes TOO long too start and aero theme is disabled

it takes A VERY VERY VERY long time to start
it boot fast but as it reach the login screen it slows dramatically maybe to ~10 mints~
saying "please wait"
then finally shows the "enter ur password" thingy
i have a fingerprint reader so i sweep my finger
and it takes more ~10 mits~ to log in
and then there is is classic theme and i can't click on anything on the "Personalization"
all of them r disabled
i go to services and restart the "theme" service and it work back again
but same when i restart ...
its a pain for 20+ mints for every time

oh
P.S: i noticed the laptop
( HP pavillion DV4 )
audio icon is always "Orange" = ( disabled )
even tho its enabled in the audio option , but i can't hear a thing !!
also my Bitdeffender internet security 2010 suddenly doesn't start O.o
"Malwarebyte" shows nothing ...
-really confusing-appreciate the help-
