A driver is causing windows to resume slowly !!

My OS is win7 Home. I got the attached massage. So could you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi freiheit59, this driver is the one you require http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...*&DownloadType= these drivers are from 2009 so you can see its an old chipset ,I could not find a newer version
