running double programs and system files on task manager...pls help!

here is my problem...couple days ago i reset my laptop to factory setting (getting again windows vista 64bit),before the reset i had windows 7 32bit installed for almost 2 years and working with them with no problem at all!(i have 4gb ram and in the time that i was using the 32bit i was running only 3gb cuz of the windows)...despite that everything was working perfectly before and after...then i installed windows 7 64bit so i can use all my ram and not only the 3gb...

i start my laptop normanly but i notice that couple of times it reboot with no reason...i thought that this could be because windows is still updating...

after i install nod 32 thoose reboot start coming more ofthen, but there was no muching time between them...for example laptop could reboot 2 times in 15 minutes suddenly without doing nothing or could work for 5 hours with no reboot then just leave it without touching anything for one minute and again rebooting for no reason...

i search some forum for answers to my problem and i find that one way to find out what is the problem is through EVENT VIEWER...told me that i had a program or system exe that was making the problem with my o.s.

first i find out that most of the reboot were made because of eset antivirus crash...so i uninstall my antivirus to see if the restarts will stop...nothing changed...again the same situation...but now the problems were skype, mtorrent downloader, msn, active x,acrobat reader and some other programs and number problems that i saw in the event viewer...i install again eset...search for viruses...had nothing...uninstall eset, tryed kaspersky...again nothing...

i noticed from task manager when i was opening any application i had it running with something like double file....for example skype.exe and under it skype*32win...searched again what could that be...and i found that it was a virus...i delete everything and installed again my old windows 7 32 bit...so far so good....problem with the reboots solved...not a one sudden restart from my windows...but after 4 days of working with them i get a very weird for me picture in my task manager again...i got some application and system files running double but with no viruses found on my laptop....(got the picture with only two doubles at this time with open only task manager and nothing more on my laptop...plus my CPU usage is around 20% when i have no program or application running, could say that my sidebar is using my CPU but then in the past sidebar was using only 3-4%)

now i am very confused...don't know what can be the problem...

was thinking in the begging maybe it was a hardware problem...ram or smthing like that..but i had the same windows 7 before and had no such troubles...

anyone got any idea of what can this be???

As Arc stated, it is normal to see 2 of those processes. csrss.exe, Client/Server Run-Time Subsystem is a Windows subsystem, and must always be running. nvvsvc.exe is the NVIDIA Display Driver Service, and it is also normal to see 2 instances running. Your 20% CPU usage lies elsewhere. Your Resource Monitor will give you more info on what is using CPU cycles, and Memory usage. Start> Type Resource Monitor in search box> Enter.

You could also use a free utility called Process Monitor. You don't even have to install it. There's a link at the bottom of the page to Run Process Monitor now.

Process Monitor

It can help to show any running processes that have attached themselves to other processes, malware, etc.
