Any of them will knock your boot time way down, but they are expensive. Most of us just use them for the operating system alone and use another spinning drive for data. You may not be able to put 2 drives in a laptop.
I put a 90GB drive into my laptop and keep some of my data on a large USB stick. My wife uses an 80GB Intel and SD cards for some of her data.
