I can't seem to find the problem... I downloaded all windows update, checked for virus, etc. And yet, the process still consumes tons of CPU.
You will notice that you have several svchost.exes running--these are just umbrellas for the services that run within each. You should get free SvchostViewer and compare the PID of the high CPU% svchost.exe to what it shows you, and you will still see numerous services within--so it may take some guesswork and trial to determine which is gobbling your CPU but at least you have a chance of finding it! Good luck!

Well the PID on the Process and the Service is already written. It is already shown.
Anyway, I tried stopping each services running on the svchost one by one and it seems that the cause of the problem is upnphost... Would there be a problem if i permanently disable it?
Oops you're right--sorry I was in a hurry & missed it. UPnPhost is shown as Manual on my PC, and Stopped; Manual on yours too? I'd turn it off (Disable) it for sure and see what-if-anything is affected by it.
I don't know what "UPnP devices to be hosted on this computer" might encompass; obviously I have none on this computer I'm using right now, but I'll check another PC I have later.
It seems that every time i restart or turn on the computer, upnphost service is already running even though it is set to manual. I stopped the service already, set it to disabled and will restart the computer later to check weather it will cause any problems or not.

Well, here I am on my other W7 PC and same deal: UPnP Host service is Manual and Off. You must have some hardware connected that is asking for it to start every time; I'd "wait & see" whether you notice any problems with that service Disabled, and look hard at Device Manager to see if anything there inspires you.
Oh, in the UPnP Device Host Properties (for the service) do you find anything in the Dependencies tab ("The following system components depend on this service")? When it's been allowed to start from Manual by the system of course.
Seems like it's used for plug n play devices on the network. Such as printers etc..
Also it could be Windows Media Player tuning it on. WMP by default likes to share media files over the network. Also it likes to index or scan your drives looking for media files. I would try Disable and see if WMP or anything else complains.
Mine shows Manual running but it's not hogging CPU.
