Thanks for the reply. So running memtest which found no problems with the RAM do not clear out the RAM issue possibility?
I never noticed what it actually says on the screen except for the counter where it says its dumping the physical memory and counts up but I thought that does not specifically mean it is a ram problem. I am more then happy to swap and get a new ram just want to make sure that is the problem. As I dont know how to read minidump files I attached to the thread here do you know what they mean?

If you seem to be getting the BSOD a lot then i would say it if probably down to a ram issue. When you get the BSOD does it say page fault in non-paged area?
