When i try to load something my ram goes nuts...like in the picture below...after a few seconds the ram goes back to normal...but everytime i try to open a movie in my computer when the green bar is loading my ram goes to 100% and my computer runs very slow ...what cand i do...?

Lets start with your system specs.
sistem specifications: MB: Asus P8H61-MLE, 4 gb ram Kingston 1333 mhz, HDD Seagate 1 TB, Video Gainward GTS450 1GB, pc alimentation : Nox Urano 2 630W
It will be good also to post a screenshot from processes list in Task Manager, and sort them by memory, by clicking on Memory tab.
