A little update. I removed Firefox and updated to IE9 and the problem is still there. Windows defender and firewall are turned off so I only have KAsersky Internet Security suite on.
I reran the performance test today and get the same report but now an avaerage queue time of 2.
Turning off Kaspersky and I no longer get a warning of high queue times in the
system health report" So comes back to being realted to KIS 2012.

Cluberti How do I test to find the filter driver on the stack? I have no warning issues in Device manager and checked all the drivers I could find for updates and they say they are up to date.

Without debugging, you don't really short of trial and error. Does uninstalling KIS "fix" it?

I did a uninstall then reinstall of the Kaspersky and also tested when it was disabled and no change. I ran a "get sytem info scan" and this came up
Sub[:]VerifyColumn -> NetworkAdapterConfiguration
Error[:]13
Description[:]Type mismatch
Source[:]GetSystemInfo
HelpFile[:]
I checked all the netwrok adapters I could find in Device manager and found no indications of a problem and all drivers were upto date.

Disabling a security suite with a filter driver *does not* disable the driver -only an uninstall is a valid test.
