I would have liked to include the image of my reliability results which is a great tool. However, I use snagit and could not get the image to post here. Obviously I need training.

However, the results indicated my score is very good 8-9. I never knew this tool existed.

    Welcome to Seven Forums jamest1945.

The easiest way is to get the image from your desktop is with the Snipping Tool.
Click the start button, If it's not on the top, click 'All Programs' then 'Accessories' folder, then 'Snipping Tool'. Save to a convenient location.
    It's very easy.

To add the image to a post use this tutorial.

Being new to all this,I inadverdantly almost destroyed my laptop trying to figure it out.I uninstalled LOTS of stuff, one of the stuff I uninstalled was .net framework 2.A multitude of problems arose.I recently installed .net 4,and since that time things have been looking up!

    Me?

I'd got an App constantly giving errors because the service is on stop...amongs some of the same App that are working. It was a normal error (stopped because it needs a particular situation to start) , until i decide to uninstall the app today.

That's why the reliability index score looks so tough & regular....

I'll see, next few days what's up!
