I have tried, I can't be bothered to wait two days for avast to scan!!! I have deleted a file called relevant knowledge and I have turned off logmein, that might have had something to do with it. I am now going to wait and see if it still keeps coming up, will post if it does. Thank you very much for your help.
    You're welcome.

Two days? Try Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer too.

Or see if your actions helped, let us know how it goes.

This day and age you need more than a single program to protect you.

Norton is an AV, The other suggestions are Anti-Malware.

    Steady As She Goes

I am going to have to hunt up some shoddy drivers or poorly coded programs to see if this thing is really working.

    hi
You can create a shortcut to open reliability monitor as follows
    perfmon.exe /rel
Also you can run a system health report
    perfmon.exe /report
    prwe

Very pleased to say that my computer is still on the rise, relevant knowledge still hasn't come up (touch wood!) Hopefully it will stay that way, or until I open iTunes again anyway!!!
