    Reliability report

Here's mine. I had a loose memory SIMM, I think, for the critical errors from that @ L have stopped after re-seating them, so I cleared my event logs. But I still got a critical Event ID 1000 in Explorer crash today that I can find nothing about.

Oh dear, look at mine iTunes keeps bringing me down and so does something called relevant knowledge, does anyone know what it may be. I think it could be because I am currently working on a big project in microsoft publisher and everytime I save it, it takes an age doesn't respond for about 15s and then finally finishes saving (20s in total). Anyways, have a look, please tell me how I could improve!!! Also looks like had some severe problems last Christmas due to IE8 (ignore reasons below christmas one, I forgot to click the box to show the reasons!!!).

Well basically, I would. Here's a little something interesting,

This application monitors your Internet usage by transmitting to our servers information about the web pages that you visit and the actions that you take while online.

Consequently, the software may communicate with our servers while you are connected to but not browsing the Internet. Such communications could include the transmission of collected data as outlined in this privacy policy, or it could include incoming instructions for our software. For example, our servers need to tell our software about survey opportunities, so that we can provide you with invitations where you can take a survey in exchange for sweepstake entries, cash, or other prizes
    From here,

    RelevantKnowledge

I'm not sure what it got installed with but it does say uninstalling through programs and features is recommended.

I have tried, I can't be bothered to wait two days for avast to scan!!! I have deleted a file called relevant knowledge and I have turned off logmein, that might have had something to do with it. I am now going to wait and see if it still keeps coming up, will post if it does. Thank you very much for your help.
