Applications stealing focus..

Hi, this issue has been bugging me for a while now. I'd like to stop programs from stealing focus when I'm playing an online game for instance. As an example, if i'm printing off some photo's and the printer runs out of paper, and i'm playing FIFA, the FIFA screen will minimize and i get a pop-up telling me the printer needs paper. Very annoying.

So is there any way i can stop this from happening?

Not globally :/

You may be able to go to each offending app as they happen and tell it to turn off notifications though... But it would likely be all or nothing, you probably DO want them when your not playing a game so turning them off may or may not be better :/

One of the reasons why I turn off automatic updating on all my machines. I've had them shut down and reboot in the middle of a 24 hour remote backup session before

Comodo security suite stealing keyboard/window focus
just a heads up... there's currently a bug in at least one, possibly more, Comodo apps such as Internet Security Premium (v5.0.163652.1142) where the updater function steals keyboard/window focus. so if you're typing away at an email and or whatever and notice some of what you typed is AWOL, this...

Stealing Focus
If I am typing a document or doing something with another piece of software (other than my email), and my email client (which is set to check for mail every 15 minutes) downloads some email, the email client takes the focus away from what I was doing. Why is this so and how can I change it? My...

Help, Win 7 is stealing my memory!
Hardware reserved memory 1089 MB The resource monitor states that that 1089 MB of memory is reserved for use by the Bios and some other peripherals. I can't imagine why the Bios needs 1GB of memory so that I only get to use 3 out of the 4 GB that I have installed. Is there any way that I can...
