You should go back as far as when Sleep was last working properly.
Do your Updates normally or in smaller groups, then test Sleep after each group. If it is affected, Restore before updates and install them singly until you find problem Update.
Have you tried other Display drivers? Sleep issues are almost always caused by Display driver. Check if one of your Updates since Reinstall was Display driver and roll it back.
Or if the Display Driver tab in Device Manager has Roll back driver highlighted, try it anyway. Then look for a newer or different driver on Support Downloads webpage for your card.
