Hi, hoping someone can help. Just purchased an Aus X53E laptop. When it goes into hibernation I cant revive it and have to do a cold boot. Ive tried pressing spacebar and Fn/F1 and many other keys. Is this a known issue?. Hoping there is a hotfix somewhere. Thanks
Often this is due to Display driver. Check optional Windows Updates for a newer driver, then the Asus Support Downloads webpage for your model.
Next check the Performance log for what happens at the time of hibernation. Check also the System Resources and other logs given here: troubleshooting steps
