SiLeNT; Welcome to 7 Forums, we're glad you have joined us. Please don't worry about language issues, I only speak a little Spanish (and no Portuguese) we will still try our best. You can post your message in your native language because 7 Forums has members world wide who may answer in that language. Please also post in English so we all can benefit.

Please let me ask the simple questions. When you right click on the taskbar and select "Properties", have you been able to change any of the settings? Did you read the help (see the red circle) and did it help? Post back with any of the things you have done so far and what happens.

    English US
I did this, the option was also red .. not to anything to do there, what happens is that the icon is not set, nor has the option to fix it up when I click with right click the icon, it says "get the taskbar" and "put on the bar of tasks "is not

    thanks

Is that correct? Is this what you need to fix?

Nice screenshot! One picture is worth 1000 words!

This is a new problem for me. Maybe someone else has already seen this? I will keep looking for you and post back with what I find.

    See you later!

    More Questions:

When did fixing to the taskbar (ie: pinning to the taskbar) stop? Can you do "Restore Point" to before the problem started?

This "How to do" (ie: Tutorial) says: "NOTE: You can only pin a folder to the taskbar when Recent Programs is turned on."

So you must make sure to select "Store and display recently opened programs in the Start menu". See the last screenshot in the tutorial.

It might correct the problem if you "To restore Start menu default settings". Also see the screenshot in the tutorial at the bottom where it says "How do I change the way the Start menu looks?". Click the link to the "Help" for instructions. Then select "Store and display recently opened programs in the Start menu" again and see if you can start "pinning icons" again.

Post if you have questions. Post if this is the solution or not so we can keep looking.

    Have a good night!

Unfortunately not have a restore point, I do not know why ...
Now restore the original options for the taskbar, and the 2 options are enabled
What happens is that the program is no longer fixed on the taskbar it? this is a bug ..
is not such as to restore the toolbar to a program or something?

Make sure you have turned on "Store and display recently opened programs in the Start menu". Open a program (ie: FireFox) and the icon should appear in the taskbar. See if you can pin to the taskbar now?

Next try How to Do a Repair Install to Fix Windows 7

You can also make your own Quick Launch on the taskbar in Windows 7

Last turn on "System Restore" for next time.
