What resulted from System File Checker? That would repair any damaged System files.
There are multiple other steps suggested to try so work through them all or clean reinstall following the steps given for that.

System File Checker did not fix anything

There was nothing to fix according to it
I have installed Soluto but since I have a lot of problems in my actual Windows 7 install I'll do a proper clean install (just as I always did) I'd like to download a Windows 7 'untouched' copy from a reliable site and activate it with my legit key, can I do it? (I mean I don't wanna have trouble with updates or and that kind of things)
