S3 resume not working

I have a win7 64 with 890GX Pro3 MB and GTS-450 video card. I built this computer a few months ago and resume was always slow and now does not work at all. I have updated BIOS, motherboard, OS, USB 3.0 and Logitech mouse. Application logs donít reveal anything but performance logs show a bunch of USB errors, device manager is clean. From a clean boot with all USB devices unplugged I still have resume failures even with S3 disabled in BIOS. Lights are on but no one is home.
I have a resume trace in my dropbox and would greatly appreciate a brave volunteer to take a look at them. Open to ideas on how to resolve this.
Thanks in advance.

Resolved!

I set Check Ready Bit to disabled in the BIOS. Resume works like a charm.

How to resume from hib?
Hello. I managed to liberate some disk space by replacing heavy software. I got now lots of space (on x25-m 80GB) for hiber.sys. So I enabled hibernation. I can't resume. Resume = reboot slower than normal. Session restored though. Reboot is triggered by power button (dedicated hibernate trigger...

There is no response to anything that I can try, CTRL/ALT/DEL included. There's no disk activity according to the disk light. You _can_...
