Amigo360,Avg Pc tune up and system scan/cleanup

    Hi
I have purchased these two "optimizers" and i want to use them for some purpose, both 2011 versions, and at least 10 other cleaning/maintance programs,And here i will bring an WARNING,do not ever use powersuite from uniblue,it is a killer to your OS.
The question goes like this is the one click system scan(avg pc tune up)and one click cleanup(amigo 360 system speedup)any good, can i use these two features without harm done to my system.
I have hundreds of questions regarding these "snake-oil",as you call it,softwares that i regred i have purchased.

    Kind Regards Asser

    What about your comment here?

    Tune up/re-install windows

Did you already reinstall those on your fresh install?

    Hi derekimo.
Yes i admit that that is what i have done, but i have not used them in any fashion(yet),but there must be some thing i can use this crap for,amigo360 can monitor my boot times for examble,i know it is way out,and if the one click cleanup/system scan is "safe",then i would be a happy man because that would mean that i have not flusched my money down the drain

    kind regards asser

I think you said it all when you said "crap". Just post it up to experience. We all make mistakes and hopefully will learn from them.

    Asser,

You have asked for advice on several of those programs Several times and have been told consistently they are not needed or recommended.

You said you just did a fresh install and lost 250Gbs of music, isn't it time to cut your losses and look at it as a lesson learned.

There is no such thing as a safe "One click" fix all, wouldn't you rather know what it is doing?

Spend your money on hardware if you want your system to be faster, software isn't going to do that for you.

    Asser,

It is NOT necessary, desired, wanted or good policy on your part to multi post on a similar subject.
    Please desist!

    +1

As already mentioned, cut your losses and chalk it up to experience and that experience is - no more buying snake oil
