I need help doing a Full Format with Windows 7

Now, I know you all are thinking "Oh, well he doesn't need to do a full format, just a the quick one, it's much more reasonable!" Well, I don't care. I need to do a full format in order to kill an agressive virus. I don't know how to go about doing this, and would appreciate help. Do NOT post about doing a quick format, I want the full, long version, of the formatting please.

If you are intending to reinstall, there are very good tutorials.
Just to cover the possibilities, this link will show you how, even with an upgrade disk.
