Very slow booting ,windows 7 ultimate x64 - any help ?

It is very strange why when windows is freshly installed and there are let's say 7 programs loading is faster than loading the same programs after 4-5 months using of the system.

    I have like 7 X programs loading :

    Kaspersky 12 IS
    Steam client
    Outlook Express 2003
    teamviewer
    Skype
    Google Desktop
    Nimbuzz Chat

I clean my system with Windows 7 manager ,using Diskeeper latest for auto defragmenting ,uninstalling the programs properly with "your uninstaller latest" and i am sure i do everything properly ,so the question is why is that insanely slow booting ebery time ???

I tested to desable the programs from the startup and i still get slow boot .....

I would like some proffesion help if possible to fix this problem ,and i would like to say that is all fine after loads 5-7 minutes ... computer runs fast. But until it boots is nightmare!!!

My computer is a notebook asus g73 game edit.

    I7 @1.6 ghz

    10 GB ram

    1 GB Ati 5870

I have scanned my pc with combofix for viruses as well as with KIS 2012 ,non found!

Pc is cleaned as well as very well maintaned ... just if I could fix this slow load it will be perfect .... I don'T like to preinstall for no reason and i think this is fixable ...

    please help ...

Go to startup tab of Msconfig.

    Uncheck everything except antivirus.

    Reboot.

How many seconds does it then take to get to your desktop?

I'm unclear on your complaint. Are you complaining about boot times or about program loading times, after the boot process has finished?

You can take a look at the processes tab of Task Manager to see what is using your CPU and RAM during those times when you think it is "slow".

But, I'm not sure how fast that notebook should be. A 1.6 GHz processor is not exactly a powerhouse.
