| | hard drive failure my hard drive crushed, i bought a new one n it also crushed. Can someone please tel me what causes all this. |

| | Have a look here: Factors that May Cause Hard Disk Failure Overheating caused by dust will often cause the hard drive to fail. I assume you mean crashed rather than crushed? I have this vision of a hard drive being stamped on!  |
