    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

The file in question - mscorsvw.exe - is used to precompile .NET assemblies in the background and when its task is complete you won't see it again.

This article explains things in more detail: What is mscorsvw.exe and why is it eating up my CPU? What is this new CLR Optimization Service? - David Notario's WebLog - Site Home - MSDN Blogs

Once the task is finished your shutdown time will no longer be affected by this process.

I'm not really sure what the problem is you need help with - you have an ~33 second boot time, and the .net runtime compiler (mscorsvw) took less than half of one second to run (.236 seconds). That was logged because it took 136 thousandths of a second longer than the last boot (yes, .136 seconds). What is the actual problem you are having?
