Improve performance

Hi everybody,

i have a problems about my pc, sometimes the cpu usage goes to 90% without opening many things, my ram performance is always around 75%.
also when i play any gameit become lag for a few seconds and weird sound came out, is there any of you have suggestion for me?

my specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Nvidia GT 540M 2GB
RAM 2GB
Processor intel i3

If you open Task Manager and on the processes tab press the "Show processes for all users" button you should be able to identify what is using your CPU. Post an image back here.

You have 2 GB of RAM and say you are using about 75% of it----1.5 GB.

That's not bad---I usually use at least 1.3 out of a total of 4 GB. That's what it's for---to be used.
