It is not going crazy to want your HD configured correctly and not completely wrong as it is now.

You are booting Win7 from a data partition.

After a fair bit of grief, I can report the following disk management. So now I'm supposed to empty Storage/H, delete H, then recreate it?

You're good if performance is fine. Nice work.

Any chance that helped the Sleep issue? Do you want to complete the troubleshooting steps or gather the Sleep trace now?

Sleep trace is probably the first step. And no, that didn't help the sleep issue

Well that was great - SDK crapped out with an error and didn't install the WPT.

Think I've managed to get it installed. Windows Performance Analyser? One issue with the tutorial - the word 'sleep' is mentioned but I don't see the section where sleep is mentioned? Can you enlighten me?

Ok, that tutorial doesn't cover sleep modes, because the software doesn't trace sleep. It does every other mode including hibernate, but not sleep.

It...told me? I got a PM back from the chap you recommended, he said the mode is called 'standby' so I'll do that.
