Windows 7 - Haw to block sleep mode, even if it is planned.

Hi

I tries to set up my PC to sleep when its not in use.
For now I have set up the PC to sleep between 12 to 00.
And when it is set to be awake 00 to 12 I have installed a program called
Don`t Sleep, so if someone push sleep or anything it want.
The best is I think to don`t use a program to block the commands, but
that's the only way I have found.

But if I sit and watch a movie from 11 to 13, when I have set the Task Manager to set
my PC to go to sleep a 12, of course I don`t want that then. Or I do anything else with the PC. I don`t want it to go to sleep.

I have set my PC to wake up with start CMD with args: /C "exit"
I have set my PC to go to sleep with start %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe and args: powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState

Then the problem is: How to make the PC don`t go to sleep when I use in eater way.
How to block this from happen?
