hibernate&sleep greyed out

    64bit windows 7 home premium

    hibernate&sleep greyed out


    niether work, so following instructions from another old thread i went to cmd & entered - powercfg.exe/hibernate on.

    I got-

    there are one or more legacy drivers installed:
    vgasave
    an internal system component has disabled hibernation

    can anyone help me please, my OS is windows7 64bit
