I cannot see where I'm told that color profile is being used.

I have a similar question. I have calibrated my monitor using Spyder 3 Pro 4.02 for my Dell 7211, 27 inch monitor and have assigned a specific date and name for that profile, but I cannot see where I'm told that profile is being used. I have gone into Color Management and selected that particular profile and set it as my default, but I'm not sure if it is really being applied. How can I tell what icc profile is currently being used?

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!
