Kernel-Tm in Event Viewer

Hi:
Yesterday after starting my PC and checking Event viewer I saw this error:

Warning: Event ID 3 Kernel-TM

The transaction (UOW={db3d1cbd-6df1-11e0-b52f-001fc6b3edf0}, Description='') was heuristically aborted and forgotten from the TransactionManager (TmId={e048fd48-6d14-11e0-bda8-806e6f6e6963}, LogPath=\SystemRoot\System32\Config\TxR\{6cced301-6e01-11de-8bed-001e0bcd1824}.TM) so that the TransactionManager can continue to make forward progress. This may cause data corruption in any subordinate ResourceManagers or Transactionmanager.

(having Windows 7 in spanish I got this message without translation but I understand it).

Is it something to get worried? I haven't got any BSOD due of this.
