| | tutorial for processor power management? hi all is there a tutorial for processor power management in the power options? my interest is mainly system cooling policy and the correct definitions  ah i think i found what i was looking for Quote: passive cooling policy (it slows down the processor before increasing fan speed) or an active cooling policy (it increases the fan speed before slowing down the processor).
